Rates

  • Waiting Time:
    10 minute grace period for private transportation, after the grace period has elapsed, charges will be calculated at 1/2 hour increments Each Additional stop will be $15 Clients Requesting Stops or Wait Time will void Airport Transfer rate and the service will be billed as Hourly reservation, including travel time and applicable minimums.


  • $20 additional charge between 11:00pm-5:00am


  • A non-refundable Deposit is required for all wedding and prom reservations.


  • Cancellation, without the required 72 hour notice, is subject to charge.


  • Unanticipated delays are billed in 1/4 hour increments at the regular rate, added to the airport rate.


  • Should the transfer require more than one and three quarter hours to complete, additional time is charged in quarter hour increments at $70.00, $90.00, $100.00 and $110.00 per hour respectively.


  • Additional passengers:
    $10.00 per person charge is added for the second and third passengers.


  • Airport Pickup Procedures: Baggage Area Meet:
    An airport representative meets you at the terminal after you de-plane, helps with luggage retrieval, and escorts you right to your waiting vehicle. $35.00 plus parking fees, plus 20% gratuity.


  • PLEASE OBTAIN YOUR LUGGAGE AND THEN CALL US our office at 714-632-1066 or Toll Free at 1-877-625-4668 and we will dispatch the vehicle to meet you curbside. All cars are held in the Airport Staging Area until you call, it will take the chauffeur appx 7-10 to reach you curbside depending on traffic, time of day and terminal.


  • If You Cannot Locate Your Chauffeur For Any Reason, Do Not Leave As You Will Be Charged As A No-Show. Please Call Us Immediately And We Will Assist You To Locate Your Chauffeur.


  • Deposits:
    A 35% deposit will be required to hold all reservations. A five day grace period is given for a full refund. After this period the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Gratuity: There is a 20% gratuity charge added to the price of each charter.

  • Methods Of Payment:
    Cash, checks, and most major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MC, Discover). All checks must be cashed 7 days prior to any rendering of service. Multiple Stops: All stops must be prearranged before the charter begins. Due to the size of our vehicles our drivers must plot out each course. These precautions are for the safety of each passenger as well as the vehicle. Unscheduled stops are at the driver's discretion.

  • Damage to Vehicles:

    Parties causing damage to vehicles during a charter are directly responsible for any and all cost for repair. To avoid any damages please read the following: No smoking, No feet on bars, No leaning on glass holders, No standing outside moon-roof, No playing with electrical switches and No reckless behavior. No alcoholic beverages will be stocked or permitted in vehicles with passengers under the age of 21 without a legal guardian present. Consumption of alcohol by a minor is never tolerated under any circumstance. Additional beverages are available upon request for additional cost.

    • Sedan Town Car

    We offer late-model Lincoln Town Cars L series for with extra leg room. Providing comfortable seating for up to 4 passengers, these cars are air-conditioned, plush leather interior and dark-tinted windows, reading lights, vanity mirror.

    Hourly rate in So Cal (with 3 hour min) - $49.00 Fri - Sat

    Disclaimer: Sample rates are for a 4 passenger sedan with up to 3 pieces of luggage. Gratuity, tolls and parking are not included in the price.
